Modern Sequence Dance

Sequence dance is a form of ballroom dancing where a sequence of 16 bars is performed by all members at the same time. We usually learn a new dance each week and have leaders who demonstrate all dances for us. There are roughly 40 new dances each year and include waltze; quickstep; foxtrot; jive; cha, cha; rumba; tango and others.

It is a very sociable hobby keeps you active both physically and mentally and is something a couple can enjoy together.

We meet here at Widford Hall each Friday evening 8.45pm-10.00pm for a cost of £3.00 per person, including a cup of tea, No charge for your first visit

So come and see what you think of us. You would be very welcome to join us.
