 Palates Class -Mixed Ability

This is a class for everyone, it will flow and challenge your whole body, I will give you options/levels to suit you on that day. You will strengthen every muscle in your body, starting with the most important muscles that help support your spine.
These postural muscles once strong will give you a small leaner waistline, you will improve posture, ease back, neck, shoulder and hip pain. You will gain an understanding of deeper breath to help with mindfulness, you will switch off from things outside of the studio to help you feel calmer and ready to face the rest of your day when you leave.

Level: Mixed Level Class
Age range: Over 14

Instructions

A Mask must be worn when you entre/leave the bulding until you reach the channels room.
Please bring your own MAT, TOWEL and antibacterial WIPES to every class.
All participants will be 2 meters apart
Please do not attend if you have any COVID symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms.
No cancellations, refunds or class changes
