Tai Chi Sundays 7.00-8.00 pm
Whether practiced for health, self-defense or meditation – Tai Chi is a sequence of smooth flowing movements aimed at promoting relaxation practice, through letting go of tension whilst maintaining postural and breath awareness.
This class is primarily standing and includes therapeutic exercises and stretches for a relaxing whole-body workout.
Yoga Tuesdays 9.50-11.20 am
Vinyasa Yoga, dynamically moving safely into and out of Yoga Postures with breath and posture awareness.
Holding your own body weight against gravity to enhance and develop good posture and balance, whilst focusing on your breath, calming your mind and releasing excess tension.
This structured mat-based class incorporates standing, seated, lying and inverted postures and is suitable for the young as well as mature, from beginner to the experienced.
